Warren Severn | CRA | P.APP

Mr. Severn is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA). He has worked in the Appraisal industry since 1978 and obtained his CRA designation in 2013. Warren was Awarded the 40-year Certificate of Achievement by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2018 and completed the “Effective Co-Signing” course from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2021. He works throughout the Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley areas. His working experience includes working five years as an appraiser/underwriter with the Vancouver office of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Warren specializes in the valuation of residential properties including single-family, (urban, suburban & rural properties), multi-unit residential dwellings; undeveloped residential sites (vacant land). He regularly completes appraisal assignments for mortgage financing, mortgage recovery, estate planning settlement, divorce settlement, insurance, income tax, probate, employee relocation and various other purposes. Mr. Severn’s vast Appraisal experience makes him a valued member of the Linquist Appraisal team.

Carmen joined Linquist Appraisals in 2016. She recognized her interest in property appraising while completing her BA environment studies in SFU and continued her studies with achieving a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC. She has completed various appraisal assignments in Squamish, Fraser Valley, and the Metro Vancouver area. In 2019, Carmen obtained her CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She is experienced in appraising residential acreage, executive homes, rural properties, multi-family dwellings up to 4 units, new construction and vacant land. Carmen has recently completed all academic courses required for the AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Linquist Appraisals is thankful to have her on our team.
