Eric Linquist, Senior Appraiser | B.A. | CRA | P.APP

Linquist Enterprises Limited DBA Linquist Appraisals was incorporated in 1986 by Eric Linquist. Mr. Linquist, president and senior appraiser, is a long-time resident of the Metro Vancouver Area. He has appraised properties in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas since 1986. His and his appraisers’ vast experience in specific geographic locations ensure you or your company will receive an accurate estimation of market value.

Mr. Linquist majored in Commerce and Economics obtaining his B.A from Simon Fraser University 1979. In 1980 he acquired his Real Estate License, which in 1984 further led him to obtain his Real Estate Associate Broker License. During 1984 Mr. Linquist also completed the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics Diploma Program. Mr. Linquist acquired his Canadian Residential Appraiser Designation (CRA) in 1988.

Kristin Linquist | CRA | P.APP

Mrs. Kristin Linquist, Senior CRA Appraiser and Office Manager has worked within the Real Estate Industry since 1999. Gaining her Canadian Residential Appraiser designation in September 2009 after completing a written and oral examination with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Mrs. Linquist subscribes to the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Kristin is a longtime resident of the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas and has appraised residential properties since 2008. Mrs. Linquist has experience as a Review Appraiser for Candidates and Cosigner of Appraisal Reports. These vast skills and knowledge in a specific geographic location ensures you will receive an accurate estimate of market value. Mrs. Linquist has a wide range of experience appraising all complexities of residential properties and has completed Appraisal Assignments for a vast range of different purposes and clientele. She understands the importance of handling each assignment as its own with minimal turnaround time and provides excellent communication to her clients and colleagues. Being in the Real Estate Industry since 1999 Kristin has gained valuable knowledge of the industry not only in Appraising but also in Company Management, Administration and Rental Property Management. Kristin is an instrumental role of the Linquist Appraisals team.

Michael Harley | CRA | P.APP

Mr. Harley is a Canadian Residential Appraiser. He obtained his designation in 2004 and specializes in the Okanagan, between Peachland and Enderby. With a large range of residential appraisal experience and knowledge, Mr. Harley’s experience provides Linquist Appraisals with the assurance of appraisal accuracy in the Okanagan area.

Warren Severn | CRA | P.APP

Mr. Severn is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA). He has worked in the Appraisal industry since 1978 and obtained his CRA designation in 2013. Warren was Awarded the 40-year Certificate of Achievement by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2018 and completed the “Effective Co-Signing” course from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2021. He works throughout the Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley areas. His working experience includes working five years as an appraiser/underwriter with the Vancouver office of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Warren specializes in the valuation of residential properties including single-family, (urban, suburban & rural properties), multi-unit residential dwellings; undeveloped residential sites (vacant land). He regularly completes appraisal assignments for mortgage financing, mortgage recovery, estate planning settlement, divorce settlement, insurance, income tax, probate, employee relocation and various other purposes. Mr. Severn’s vast Appraisal experience makes him a valued member of the Linquist Appraisal team.

Carmen Tse | B.A. | CRA | P.APP

Carmen joined Linquist Appraisals in 2016. She recognized her interest in property appraising while completing her BA environment studies in SFU and continued her studies with achieving a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC. She has completed various appraisal assignments in Squamish, Fraser Valley, and the Metro Vancouver area. In 2019, Carmen obtained her CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She is experienced in appraising residential acreage, executive homes, rural properties, multi-family dwellings up to 4 units, new construction and vacant land. Carmen has recently completed all academic courses required for the AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Linquist Appraisals is thankful to have her on our team.

Catherine Bradley | B.A. | DAR

Ms. Bradley is a Canadian Residential Appraiser with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics which she completed in 1991 at the University of Victoria. Since obtaining her CRA designation in 2005, she has specialized in the Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody as well as Anmore and Belcarra. Catherine's years of experience provides Linquist Appraisals with the assurance of appraisal accuracy in the Tri-City area of Metro Vancouver.

Jan Egge | Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

Ms. Egge is a Candidate appraiser, her designation as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) of the Appraisal Institute of Canada will be completed in 2024. She has completed current and retrospective market value estimates on all types of residential properties - cottages, condominiums, cooperatives, multi-family, new construction, vacant lots, single family and executive properties concentrating in the Lower Mainland. Jan has experience in specialized appraisal assignments including expropriation, water front properties and insurance appraisals. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science in 2005 at Simon Fraser University and is currently completing her last course for the Diploma of Urban Land Economics, Brokerage Option from UBC. Linquist Appraisals is proud to have Jan on our Residential Appraiser Team.

Melanie Jones | B.A. | AACI | P. APP

Ms. Jones has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI) since 1998 and is Linquist Appraisal’s Commercial Appraiser. She is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, and has completed the following: Bachelor of Arts in Economics; International Trading and Risk Management; IMB Institute; and Urban Land Economics Diploma, Appraisal Option at UBC.

Melanie specializes in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley as well as the Sea to Sky Corridor from Pemberton to Squamish, the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands. Melanie has also completed appraisal reports in many other communities throughout British Columbia.

Meet Elena, a seasoned Realtor and Administrative Assistant at Linquist Appraisals. With eight years of real estate experience, she excels in both client-facing roles and behind-the-scenes support. Outside of work, she prioritizes family time, often traveling internationally and camping locally with her husband and two kids. An avid animal lover, she enjoys hosting friends' dogs and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking. With a passion for music and poker, she brings enthusiasm and diversity to her life. Her children, bilingual in Russian, Farsi, and English at ages 5 and 9, highlight her commitment to cultural awareness.
