Eric Linquist, Senior Appraiser | B.A. | CRA | P.APP

Linquist Enterprises Limited DBA Linquist Appraisals was incorporated in 1986 by Eric Linquist. Mr. Linquist, president and senior appraiser, is a long-time resident of the Metro Vancouver Area. He has appraised properties in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas since 1986. His and his appraisers’ vast experience in specific geographic locations ensure you or your company will receive an accurate estimation of market value.

Mr. Linquist majored in Commerce and Economics obtaining his B.A from Simon Fraser University 1979. In 1980 he acquired his Real Estate License, which in 1984 further led him to obtain his Real Estate Associate Broker License. During 1984 Mr. Linquist also completed the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics Diploma Program. Mr. Linquist acquired his Canadian Residential Appraiser Designation (CRA) in 1988.

Catherine Bradley | B.A. | CRA | P.APP

Ms. Bradley is a Canadian Residential Appraiser with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics which she completed in 1991 at the University of Victoria. Since obtaining her CRA designation in 2005, she has specialized in the Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody as well as Anmore and Belcarra. Catherine's years of experience provides Linquist Appraisals with the assurance of appraisal accuracy in the Tri-City area of Metro Vancouver.

Kristin Linquist | CRA | P.APP

Ms. Linquist is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA). She has worked within the real estate industry since 1999, and is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate Sales and rental properties. Kristin is very experienced in appraising acreage, new construction, executive properties and foreclosure properties. Specializing in the Residential Appraisal field, she has extensive experience in the Langley, Aldergrove, Cloverdale and Surrey areas.

Michael Harley | CRA | P.APP

Mr. Harley is a Canadian Residential Appraiser. He obtained his designation in 2004 and specializes in the Okanagan, between Peachland and Enderby. With a large range of residential appraisal experience and knowledge, Mr. Harley’s experience provides Linquist Appraisals with the assurance of appraisal accuracy in the Okanagan area.

Warren Severn, Senior Designated Appraiser | CRA | P. APP.

Mr. Severn is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA). He has worked in the Appraisal industry since 1978 and obtained his designation in 2013. Warren works throughout the Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley areas. His working experience includes working five years as an appraiser/underwriter with the Vancouver office of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Warren specializes in the valuation of single detached housing, duplexes, condominium apartments, and townhouses. He regularly completes appraisal assignments for mortgage financing, mortgage recovery, estate planning settlement, divorce settlement, insurance, income tax, probate, employee relocation and various other purposes. Mr. Severn’s vast Appraisal experience makes him a valued member of the Linquist Appraisal team.

Melanie Jones | B.A. | AACI | P. APP

Ms. Jones has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI) since 1998 and is Linquist Appraisal’s Commercial Appraiser. She is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, and has completed the following: Bachelor of Arts in Economics; International Trading and Risk Management; IMB Institute; and Urban Land Economics Diploma, Appraisal Option at UBC.

Melanie specializes in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley as well as the Sea to Sky Corridor from Pemberton to Squamish, the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands. Melanie has also completed appraisal reports in many other communities throughout British Columbia.

Carmen Tse | B.A. | CRA | P.APP

Ms. Tse is a Canadian Residential Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She specializes in Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Aldergrove and the Tri-Cities: Port Moody, Coquitlam, and Port Coquitlam areas. Carmen completed her Bachelor of Arts in Environment (Geography) in 2014 at Simon Fraser University and is currently completing her Diploma of Urban Land Economics at UBC.

Administration:

Terrie Shumka | Office Manager

Terrie joined the Linquist Appraisals team in March 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and assumed the position of Office Manager in October of the same year. Terrie has an Office Business Administration diploma from Capilano University (nee College) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. She has many years of experience working as an Office Manager for a public accounting firm and a Chartered Professional Accountant. We are pleased to have Terrie as part of our team overseeing the administrative functions in our appraisal office.
