Linquist Enterprises Limited DBA Linquist Appraisals was incorporated in 1986 by Eric Linquist. Mr. Linquist, president and senior appraiser, is a long-time resident of the Metro Vancouver Area. He has appraised properties in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas since 1986. His and his appraisers’ vast experience in specific geographic locations ensure you or your company will receive an accurate estimation of market value. Mr. Linquist majored in Commerce and Economics obtaining his B.A from Simon Fraser University 1979. In 1980 he acquired his Real Estate License, which in 1984 further led him to obtain his Real Estate Associate Broker License. During 1984 Mr. Linquist also completed the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics Diploma Program. Mr. Linquist acquired his Canadian Residential Appraiser Designation (CRA) in 1988.

Carmen joined Linquist Appraisals in 2016. She recognized her interest in property appraising while completing her BA environment studies in SFU and continued her studies with achieving a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC. She has completed various appraisal assignments in Squamish, Fraser Valley, and the Metro Vancouver area. In 2019, Carmen obtained her CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She is experienced in appraising residential acreage, executive homes, rural properties, multi-family dwellings up to 4 units, new construction and vacant land. Carmen has recently completed all academic courses required for the AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Linquist Appraisals is thankful to have her on our team.
